lékových forem, průběh metody DSC a Ramanovy spektroskopie. Zahrnuje disoluční testy, vyhodnocení získaných disolučních profilů a ověření procesu amorfizace metodou DSC a Ramanovou spektroskopií. |

The thesis describes the possibility of producing solid pharmaceutical forms by 3D printing in combination with holt melt extrusion (HME). The theoretical part includes a description of 3D printing and its methods and use mainly in pharmaceutics. It deals with the improvement of the solubility of drugs due to their amorphization by extrusion and 3D printing. It also describes the preparation of filaments with the possibility of different drug
content. A description of the dissolution test of solid pharmaceutical forms, the course of the DSC method and Raman spectroscopy are included. The experimental part is devoted to the preparation of tablets using FDM 3D printing method and the extrusion of filaments with APIs based on selected sulfonamides. It includes disolution tests, evaluation of the obtained disolution profiles and verification of the amorphization process by DSC and Raman
spectroscopy. |
