dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce, která má název Risatróza a její operační řešení, je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, a to část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část seznamuje s problematikou nestabi-lity kloubu palce a následným možným řešením. Můžeme se zde dočíst, do jaké míry ovliv-ňuje funkčnost a omezuje pohyb kloubu palce ruky. Výzkumná část znázorňuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření, kde jsou přehledné grafy a tabulky s výsledky výzkumu. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda došlo ke zkvalitnění života s ohledem na následné zlepšení pohybu palce po operaci, a tím možnosti snadněji a bezbolestně vykonávat běžné každodenní činnosti aj.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis, which is titled Risatrosis and its surgital solution, is divided into two main sections, a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with instability of the thumb joints and its possible operative solution. In this part we can also read about to what extend the osteoarthritis of the 1 st carpometocarpal joint leads to changes in the function of the joint leading to its limitation. The research depicts the results of the survey into graft and tables. The goal of the work is to find out whether there has been an impro-vement in the quality of life with regard to the subsequent improvement in the movement of the thumb after the surgery, and thus the possibility to perform everyday activities more easi-ly and painlessly.	eng
