dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na míru psychické zátěže u perioperačních sester. V teoretické části práce je zpracováno téma perioperační péče a perioperační sestra, jsou zde také definovány rizikové faktory práce perioperační sestry a psychická zátěž perioperační sestry. Výzkumná část se zaměřuje na zjištění míry psychické zátěže u perioperačních sester pomocí dat získaných kvantitativní metodou sběru. Sběr dat probíhal formou dotazníku složeného z otázek vlastní tvorby a standardizovaného Meisterova dotazníku. Získaná data ukázala, že zkoumané perioperační sestry trpí nejnižším stupněm psychické zátěže dle Meisterova hodnocení a za nejvíce náročné považují situace spojené s časovým presem a vzniklou chybou v perioperačním procesu.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis focuses on the level of mental stress in perioperative nurses. In the theoretical part of the thesis the topic of perioperative care and perioperative nurse is elaborated, the risk factors of perioperative nurse work and mental burden of perioperative nurse are also defined. The research part focuses on finding out the level of mental burden in perioperative nurses by using the data obtained by quantitative method of collection. The data collection was in the form of a questionnaire consisting of self-made questions and a standardized Meister questionnaire. The data showed that the perioperative nurses under study suffered from the lowest level of mental stress according to Meister's assessment and they consider the most challenging situations to be those related to time pressure and errors in the perioperative process.	eng
