Diplomová práce se zabývá rolí manažera v adaptačním procesu nelékařského zdravotnického personálu do zdravotnických zařízeních. Teoretická část práce se věnuje zejména problematice adaptačního procesu, úloze manažera a také specifickému tématu sestry jako manažera v ošetřovatelství. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na zjištění subjektivní spokojenosti všeobecných a praktických zdravotních sester s adaptačním procesem při nástupu do nového zaměstnání. |
