Tématem bakalářské práce je vliv onemocnění diabetes mellitus 1. typu na život dítěte a rodiny. V teoretické části je popsána problematika onemocnění diabetes mellitus 1. typu, včetně jeho etiopatogeneze, příznaků, diagnostiky a prevence. Tato část bakalářské práce se dále věnuje léčbě, dispenzarizaci onemocnění a možným komplikacím. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou a interpretací výsledků, které byly získány prostřednictvím anonymního nestandardizovaného dotazníkového šetření. Respondenty v tomto výzkumu byly rodiče dětí s vybraným typem onemocnění, které navštěvují dvě diabetologické ambulance kraje Vysočina. Z výsledků průzkumu vyplývá, že diabetes mellitus 1. typu má výrazný dopad na život dítěte i jeho rodiny, ale i přes mnohá omezení mohou vést plnohodnotný život. |

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the effect of disease type 1 diabetes mellitus on the child and family's life. The theoretical part describes the problem of type 1 diabetes mellitus, including its etiopathogenesis, symptoms, diagnosis and prevention. This part of the bachelor's thesis is also focused on the treatment, dispensary of the disease and possible complications. The practical part deals with the analysis and interpretation of the results obtained through an anonymous non-standardized questionnaire survey. Respondents in this research were parents of children with a selected type of disease who visit two diabetes clinics in the Vysočina region. The results of the survey indicate that type 1 diabetes mellitus has a significant impact on the child and his family's life, but despite many limitations they can keep the full enjoyment of life. |
