Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na stres a jeho zvládání u všeobecných sester, které pracují na standartním chirurgickém oddělení. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na definici stresu, druhy stresu, příznaky, příčiny a následné důsledky stresu. Dále se také zabývá stresem ve zdravotnictví a možnými způsoby překonávání a vzdorování stresu. Průzkumná část práce byla vypracována kvantitativní metodou pomocí standardizovaného Meisterova dotazníku k posouzení pracovní zátěže spolu s dotazníkem vlastní tvorby. |

The bachelor´s thesis focus on stress and it´s management among general nurses, who are working on a surgical ward. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the definition of stress, types of stress, symptoms, causes and consequences. Also, the thesis deals with stress in health care and possible ways of overcoming and resisting stress. The exploratory part of the thesis was worked on by a quantitative method using a standardized Meister questionnaire to assess an occupational stress together with a self-created questionnaire. |
