Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem pochybení při poskytování ošetřovatelské péče. Toto téma je stále aktuálním tématem k diskusi. V teoretické části práce je popsána problematika pochybení, nežádoucích událostí a nejčastějších faktorů ovlivňujících vznik pochybení. Primárně je práce cílena na profese všeobecných sester a zdravotnických záchranářů pracujících na lůžkových odděleních. Průzkumná část je založena na kvantitativním průzkumu. Výsledky ukazují na typy nejčastějších pochybení a samotný postup při jejich vzniku. Respondenti svá pochybení připouštějí, nicméně postup nahlášení do nemocničního systému není vždy v souladu s nastavenými vnitřními předpisy. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of malpractice in the provision of nursing care. This topic is still a very actual topic for discussion. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the issues of malpractice, adverse events and the most common factors influencing the occurrence of malpractice. Primarily, the thesis is aimed at the professions of general nurses and paramedics working on inpatient wards. The exploratory part is based on a quantitative survey. The results show the types of the most common malpractice and the actual process of their occurrence. Respondents admit their malpractice, however, the procedure of reporting to the hospital system is not always in accordance with the set internal regulations. |
