Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zkušenosti studentů studijního oboru Radiologický asistent v odborné praxi vedenou akademickým pracovníkem během studia oboru Radiologická asistence na Univerzitě Pardubice. Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Část teoretická je zaměřena na charakteristiku studijního oboru Radiologický asistent a mentoring v odborné praxi. Část praktická se zaměřuje na zjištění názorů studentů ohledně daného tématu. Tyto názory byly získány pomocí rozhovorů se studenty 3. ročníku a následně vyhodnoceny. |

This bachelor thesis is focused on the experience of students of the field of the Radiological Assistance study program in professional practice led by an academic staff member during the study of Radiological assistant at the University of Pardubice. This bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of the field of study Radiological Assistant and mentoring in practice. The practical part focuses on finding out students' opinions on the topic. These opinions were obtained through interviews with 3rd year students and then evaluated. |
