Diplomová práce s názvem Jinakost aneb inkluze v praxi na Univerzitě Pardubice se zaměří na inkluzivní vzdělávání studentů na Univerzitě Pardubice, jak samotnou inkluzi vnímají akademičtí pracovníci, konkrétně na Fakultě filozofické. Teoretická část bude věnována inkluzivnímu vzdělávání na Univerzitě Pardubice a jeho historii, vymezení základních pojmů. Pozornost bude zaměřena na definici inkluze a její zasazení do kontextu legislativních dokumentů upravujících inkluzivní vzdělávání v České republice, také bude popsán rozdíl mezi pojmy integrace a inkluze.
Praktická část bude zpracována kvalitativní metodologií. Výzkumné šetření bude realizováno v rámci polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s akademickými pracovníky na Fakultě filozofické Univerzity Pardubice. Cílem diplomové práce bude zjistit, jak bude inkluze vnímána z pozice akademických pracovníků, zda inkluze v praxi přináší přínosy či rizika a na jejich osobní zkušenosti. V neposlední řadě také na to, v čem vidí možná zlepšení do budoucna. |

The dissertation entitled Otherness or Inclusion in Practice at the University of Pardubice will focus on inclusive education of students at the University of Pardubice and how inclusion is perceived by academic staff, specifically at the Faculty of Arts. The theoretical part will be devoted to inclusive education at the University of Pardubice and its history, definition of basic concepts. Attention will be focused on the definition of inclusion and its setting in the context of legislative documents regulating inclusive education in the Czech Republic, the difference between the concepts of integration and inclusion will also be described.
The practical part will be processed by qualitative methodology. The research investigation will be carried out within the framework of semi-structured interviews with academic staff at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Pardubice. The aim of the thesis will be to find out how inclusion will be perceived from the position of academic staff, whether inclusion in practice brings benefits or risks and on their personal experiences. Last but not least, what they see as possible improvements in the future. |
