Tato práce se zabývá informačními systémy pro malé obce. V začátku jsou popsány základní pojmy týkající se e-governmentu, systémů státní správy a informačních systémů. Dále jsou popsány požadavky na informační systém malé obce, jeho provoz a bezpečnost. Další kapitola je věnována možnostem implementace informačního systému malé obce a postupu jeho implementace. Dále je popsána samotná obec Litošice a její informační systém. Poslední kapitola je věnována analýze informačního systému obce Litošice a zjištění jejích nedostatků. V poslední kapitole jsou popsána řešení a doporučení, jak eliminovat zjištěné nedostatky. |

This work deals with information systems for small municipalities. In the beginning, the basic concepts related to e-government, state administration systems and information systems are described. The requirements for the information system of a small village, its operation and security are also described. The next chapter is devoted to the possibilities of implementing the information system of a small municipality and the procedure of its implementation. The municipality of Litošice itself and its information system are also described. The last chapter is devoted to the analysis of the information system of the municipality of Litošice and the identification of its shortcomings. The last chapter describes solutions and recommendations on how to eliminate identified deficiencies. |
