Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na specifikaci ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s operací nosu. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny indikace k provedení funkční endoskopické endonazální chirurgie (FESS) a popsány hlavní aspekty léčby zánětlivých a nádorových onemocnění nosu a vedlejších dutin nosních. Specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s FESS jsou popsány v rozsahu pooperační péče na JIP ORL a standardním oddělení ORL. Praktická část zahrnuje kazuistiky pacientů s tímto operačním zákrokem se zaměřením na zjištění pooperačních diagnóz a intervencí. K praktickému využití je vytvořena informační mapa pooperační ošetřovatelské péče o tyto pacienty. |

The batchelor´s thesis is focused on the specification of nursing care for patients with nose surgery. The theoretical part defines the indications for functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) and describes the main aspects of the treatment of inflammatory and tumour diseases of the nose and paranasal sinuses. Specifics of nursing care for patients undergoing FESS are described in the scope of postoperative care in the ENT ICU and standard ENT department. The practical part includes case reports of patients receiving this surgical procedure with a focus on identifying postoperative nursing diagnoses and interventions. A concept map of postoperative nursing care for these patients has been created for practical use. |
