This bachelor's thesis evaluates the knowledge level of patients indicated for PET/CT examination and on the basis of evaluated data creates a multi-level information system for them. The theoretical part describes the hybrid PET/CT device and also the PET and CT modalities themselves. The theoretical part also deals with the description of radionuclides, used radiopharmaceuticals and indications for patient examination. An important part of the work is a description of the patient's preparation before the examination. In the research part, a questionnaire survey was conducted, in which patients were informed about selected topics related to PET/CT examination and whose results are presented and commented in the work. Furthermore, the Information System for patients indicated for PET/CT examination was designed to take into account the different levels of initial knowledge of patients and to supplement the information for which patients did not demonstrate the necessary understanding during the questionnaire survey. |
