dc.description.abstract	Artroskopie zápěstí patří mezi méně rozšířené metody používané v běžné ortopedické praxi, i když úrazy v oblasti karpu patří mezi velmi častá poškození. Pro provedení tohoto výkonu je nutná trakční věž, speciální vybavení k artroskopii drobných kloubů a menší instrumentárium. Samotná technika má svá specifika pro intimní výskyt šlach a nervověcévních struktur probíhajících v oblasti zápěstí. Autoři představují základní pohledy na vybavení a techniku vyšetření. dc.description.abstract-translated	Wrist arthroscopy is one of the less common methods used in the common practice of orthopedic procedures, although injuries in the carp area are among the most common injuries. To perform this operation, a traction tower, special equipment for arthroscopy of small joints and mosquito inserts are required. The technique itself has its own specifics for the intimate occurrence of tendons and nerve-vascular structures taking place in the wrist area.
