Práce se zabývá autoritou učitele na základní škole. Popisuje faktory, které autoritu učitele posilují nebo oslabují. Zabývá se dalšími hledisky, ze kterých je potřeba na autoritu učitele pohlížet, a na co dbát, aby autorita učitele ve škole fungovala. Práce se neorientuje pouze na formální autoritu učitele, ale poukazuje hlavně na formování respektu a vztahu mezi žákem a učitelem a formování autority neformální. Cílem práce je analyzovat dosavadní poznatky formování autority učitele a porovnat je s výsledky výzkumu případové studie na konkrétní základní škole v současnosti. |

This thesis focuses on the authority of the teacher in primary school. It describes the factors that strengthen or weaken the teacher's authority. It discusses other perspectives from which teacher authority should be viewed and what to look for to make teacher authority work in schools. The thesis does not focus only on the formal authority of the teacher, but mainly points to the formation of respect and relationship between the student and the teacher and the formation of informal authority. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the existing knowledge of teacher authority formation and to compare it with the results of a case study research in a specific primary school in the present day. |
