Further, the contractual penalties which are to be found in the contract of České dráhy and the Pardubice Region are compared to the contractual penalties which are to be found in the contract of České dráhy and the Liberec Region. The aim of this thesis is to suggest an adjustment of the contractual penalties in regards to the Pardubice Region. |
