dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část práce první části obecně popisuje diabetes mellitus jako takový, následně se zabývá problematikou onemocnění gestační diabetes v těhotenství, je zde charakteristika daného onemocnění, diagnostika, prenatální péče, léčba, komplikace a rizika spojená s gestačním diabetem mellitem. Konec teoretické části se zabývá prožíváním žen a samotným prožíváním nemoci. Průzkumná část byla utvořena na základě kvalitativního šetření, jehož průběh byl uskutečněn za pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a zaměřuje se na prožívání těhotenství u žen s gestačním diabetem mellitem.	cze
