Diplomová práce pojednává o akceschopnosti Armády České republiky a jejím přínosu pomoci v krizových situacích, jako je pandemie covidu-19. Práce mapuje systém a strukturu vojenského zdravotnictví a vojenské operace, v nichž vojenští zdravotníci působili v době, kdy se civilní složky IZS dostaly na hranici svých personálních i materiálních možností. Výzkumná část je zpracována kvalitativním výzkumem za respektování doporučených kroků tematické analýzy. Cílem výzkumu je ve dvou rovinách popsat, jak náročné bylo povolání vojenských zdravotníků z úrovně vrcholového velení Armády ČR a poté samotných nasazených vojenských zdravotníků. Data byla vyhodnocena z rozhovorů s 5 respondenty představující velení naší armády a s 10 respondenty ze skupiny nasazených vojenských zdravotníků plnících základní funkce stanovených operací. |

The master's thesis deals with the Czech Army's ability to act and its contribution of help in times of crisis, such as Covid-19 pandemic.
The thesis conducts a survey of the system and the structure of the Czech military medicine and the military operations in which military health workers were involved when IRS (Integrated Rescue System) civil services reached both their personal and material limits. The research part of the thesis is based on the quantitative approach and respects the recommended steps of the thematic analysis. The main aim of the research is to describe the level of difficulty of the military health worker profession as it is perceived from two points of view-the members of the Czech Army's top management, and the military health workers themselves.
The research was carried out via interviews with 5 members of the Czech Army's top management and 10 military health workers deployed in the above-mentioned operations to fulfill their main goals. |
