Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na specifikou ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienty se zavedenou hrudní drenáží po operaci plic. Teoretická část popisuje obecně hrudní chirurgii, uvedeny jsou možné indikace hrudní drenáže a její případné komplikace. Popsána je specifická ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty se zavedenou hrudní drenáží. Přiblížen je ošetřovatelský model podle Marjory Gordon. V průzkumné části jsou prezentovány tři zpracované kazuistiky, které nejpřesněji korespondují se specifickými aspekty ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů s hrudní drenáží. V závěru práce je uvedeno doporučení a shrnutí nejdůležitějších oblastí ošetřovatelské péče. |

The bachelor thesis is focused on specific nursing care for patients with established chest drainage after lung surgery. The theoretical part describes in general thoracic surgery, there are possible indications for thoracic drainage and its possible complications. Specific nursing care for patients with established chest drainage is described. The nursing model according to Marjory Gordon is described. The research part presents three processed case reports that most accurately correspond to specific aspects of nursing care for patients with chest drainage. In the end of the thesis, a recommendation and a summary of the most important areas of nursing care are given. |
