Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá stanovením umělých sladidel pomocí chromatografických technik. První část je věnována obecné charakteristice sladidel. Druhá část je zaměřena na vlastnosti, fyziologické účinky a využití umělých sladidel. Ve třetí části jsou popsány chromatografické techniky použité při stanovení umělých sladidel a následně jsou porovnány. |
