dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části bakalářské práce je cílem popsat důležité informace spojené s tématem práce. Popisuje volný čas a jeho pedagogiku, část je věnována také přehledu subjektů pracujících s dětmi a mladými žáky. Ve čtvrté kapitole je popsána samotná školní družina, jakou plní funkci, jaké je její poslání a jaká dokumentace je potřeba pro její správné vedení. V závěru teoretické části jsou věnovány kapitoly vývoji dítěte mladšího školního věku a rodině. Praktická část se zaměřuje na kvantitativní výzkum zaměřený hlavně na respondenty z řad rodičů a jejich spokojenost nebo nespokojenost se školní družinou. Výzkum zachycuje proces hodnocení a vnímání školní družiny, a tím potvrzuje či vyvrací stanovené hypotézy. V rámci metodologie je vzhledem k současné covidové situaci využito dotazníkové šetření.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis, the aim is to describe important information related to the topic of the work. It describes leisure time and its pedagogy, the part is also devoted to an overview of subjects working with children and young pupils. The fourth chapter describes an after - school childcare itself, what its function is, what its mission is and what documentation is needed for its proper management. At the end of the theoretical part, the chapters are devoted to the development of a child of younger school age and the family. The practical part focuses on quantitative research focused mainly on respondents from the ranks of parents and their satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the school group. Research shows the process of evaluation and perception of school clubs, and this confirms or disproves the hypothesis. Due to the current covid situation, a questionnaire survey is used within the methodology.	eng
