dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá vznikem a postupným rozšiřováním Transevropských dopravních sítí (TEN-T) od jejich vzniku a rozvojem těchto sítí na našem území po vstupu ČR do EU. Práce se zaměřuje především na železniční část TEN-T, která je současně jedním z nejdůležitějších prvků kritických infrastruktur. V práci je popsána železniční část sítě TEN-T podle základních parametrů a technických charakteristik železniční infrastruktury a jsou analyzovány rozhodující parametry a koncepty budování jednotlivých vrstev železniční části TEN-T v ČR. Dále je provedena částečná analýza nařízení EU souvisejících s TEN-T a jejich transpozice do českého právního řádu. Závěrečná část práce se věnuje možným řešením v analýze odhalených nedostatků v efektivitě řídicích procesů na TEN-T sítích v rámci Nařízení o TEN-T a dalších souvisejících legislativních dokumentů a jejich revizí. Práce se pokusí formulovat vhodnost a rozsah zavedení typu řízení procesů z centralizované evropské i národní úrovně.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with the creation and continuous extension of Trans-European Transport Networks (TEN-T) since their introduction into force and the development of these networks in our territory after the accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union. The work focuses mainly on the railway part of TEN-T, which is also one of the most important elements of critical infrastructure. The work describes the railway part of the TEN-T network according to their basic parameters and technical specifications of the railway infrastructure and analyzes the most important parameters and concepts of building dedicated layers of the railway part of the TEN-T in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, a partial analysis of EU regulations related to TEN-T and their transposition into the Czech legal order is performed. The final part of the thesis deals with possible results in the analysis identified shortcomings in the efficiency of management processes on TEN-T networks within the TEN-T Regulation and other related legal documents and their revisions. The work will try to formulate the suitability and scope of the implementation of a new type of process management from the centralized European and national level.	eng
