dc.description.abstract	Příspěvek seznamuje s výsledky výzkumu zaměřeného na zmapování edukační reality ambulantních pacientů před výkonem kolonoskopie na dvou endoskopických pracovištích nemocnic ve Východních Čechách. Pro výzkumné šetření v kvantitativním designu byl použit nestandardizovaný dotazník sestavený dle vnitřních standardů péče o pacienta na sledovaných pracovištích. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 30 respondentů. Výsledky výzkumu prokázaly nedostatky v edukaci respondentů obou sledovaných pracovišť, a to zejména v oblastech pacientovy přípravy k vyšetření, postupech a znalostech možných komplikací po vyšetření. Nedostatky byly prokázány i přesto, že pacienti podepsali informovaný souhlas k výkonu. Zároveň z výzkumu vyplynulo, že si respondenti uvědomují nejistotu svých znalostí vyjádřenou v potřebě informační příručky k osobnímu užití. Cílem zdravotnické péče by mělo být zajištění spokojenosti pacienta v oblasti poskytování edukace zdravotnickým personálem, která je zároveň nezbytná pro komplexní realizaci kolonoskopie. Dle našeho zjištění lze přispět ke kvalitě edukační reality prohloubením edukační fáze zpětné vazby v důslednější komunikaci s ošetřujícím personálem, i když limitujícím faktorem může být i časová náročnost v rámci provozu ambulantního pracoviště.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The paper presents results of research focused on mapping the educational reality of ambulatory patients before colonoscopy at two endoscopic workplaces of hospitals in East Bohemia. A non-standardized questionnaire formed on the base of the internal standards of patient care at the monitored workplaces was used for the research in quantitative design. There were thirty respondents participated in the research. The research results showed shortcomings in education of respondents of both monitored workplaces, especially in the areas of patient preparation for examination, procedures and knowledge of possible complications after examination. Despite the patients signed the informed consent to the procedure the deficiencies have been proven. At the same time, the research showed that respondents are aware of the uncertainty of their knowledge expressed in the need for an information handbook for personal use. The aim of health care should be to ensure patient satisfaction in the area of providing education by health care staff, which is also necessary for the comprehensive realization of colonoscopy. According to our findings, it is possible to contribute to the quality of educational reality by deepening the educational phase of feedback in consistent communication with nursing staff. However, the time constraints within the outpatient department operation might be a limiting factor.	eng
