dc.description.abstract	Úvod: Cílem šetření bylo sledování změn normotermie u pacientů podstupujících operační výkon v celkové anestezii. Metodika: Prospektivní, observační šetření, kde pro sběr dat byla využita standardizovaná, záměrná pozorování, výpis dat ze zdravotnické dokumentace a polostrukturované rozhovory s pacienty a zdravotnickými pracovníky. Soubor tvořilo 95 pacientů starších 18 let podstupujících operační výkon s délkou 30 minut a déle v celkové anestezii. Sběr dat probíhal od října 2018 do března 2019 na operačních sálech otorinolaryngologického pracoviště (40 pacientů), centrálních operačních sálech (55 pacientů) a na dospávacích pokojích a jednotkách intenzivní péče. Výsledky: Byla prokázána perioperační hypotermie (tělesná teplota nižší než 36 °C) u 11 (11,6 %) pacientů. Tělesná teplota nižší, než je komfortní (36,0-36,5 °C) se vyskytla téměř u poloviny pacientů 47 (49,5 %) a vztah mezi hypotermií a hodnotou Body Mass Indexu (BMI) nebyl prokázán. Potvrdila se závislost mezi hypotermií a délkou operačního výkonu u pacientů operovaných na otorinolaryngologických sálech (korelační koeficient -0,452, p-hodnota 0,003). Závěr: Byl prokázán výskyt perioperační hypotermie u 11,6 % pacientů. U našeho souboru pacientů nebyl prokázán vztah mezi hodnotou BMI a vznikem hypotermie. dc.description.abstract-translated	Introduction: The aim of the study was to monitor changes in normothermia in patients undergoing surgery under general anaesthesia. Methodology: Prospective, observational survey, where standardized, obvious observations, medical record statement and semi-structured interviews with patients and healthcare professional were used for data collection. The group consisted of 95 patients, 18 years and older, undergoing surgery lasting 30 minutes and longer under general anaesthesia. The collection of data took place from October 2018 to March 2019 in the operation theatres of the otorhinolaryngological department (40 patients), central operating theatres (55 patients), and in recovery rooms and intensive care units. Results: Perioperative hypothermia (body temperature below 36°C) was demonstrated in 11 (11.6 %) of patients. A temperature lower than comfortable body temperature (36.0 – 36.5°C) occurred in almost half of the patients 47 (49.5 %) and the relation between hypothermia and the value of the Body Mass Index has not been proved. The duration of the operation and its effect on the decrease in the body temperature was confirmed in patients operated on in the otorhinolaryngology theatres. The value of the correlation coefficient -0.452 and the p-value 0.003 confirmed the relation between hypothermia and the length of the operation. Conclusion: The incidence of perioperative hypothermia was proved in 11.6 % of patients. There has not been demonstrated any relation between BMI and the development of hypothermia in our patients. The design of a record sheet for monitoring perioperative body temperature was published.	eng
