This Bachelor thesis deals with the development of capsule models intended for production using 3D printing and testing of these developed capsules made from PVA material. The technology of FDM 3D print and its features in usage for capsules production is described in this thesis. There is also brief description of benefits of this technology in pharmaceutical production in this thesis. The development of the capsules, their production using FDM 3D print and testing is described in detail. Six types of capsules were developed and produced. These capsules were distinguished and dissolution tests were carried out for three types of developed capsules. The result of the test was that, the developed capsules are dissolved in acid medium after 155 minutes, so they can be used as enterosolvent capsules or delayed - release capsules. |
