Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá podrobným popisem rolí melaninu. V první části práce je charakterizována struktura melaninu, jeho tvorba (melanogeneze), dále jsou zmíněny typy melaninu - eumelanin, feomelanin a neuromelanin. V práci je také charakterizován bakteriální typ melaninu včetně jeho využití a protektivních syntetických účinků. Hlavní část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na význam melaninu u člověka v různých částech těla - v kůži, vlasech, oku či mozku. Popsané jsou i poruchy melaninové pigmentace - hypopigmentace a hyperpigmentace. |

This bachelor thesis deals with the detailed description of the role of melanin. In the first part of the work there is characterized melanin structure, its formation (melanogenesis), there are mentioned some types of melanin - eumelanin, pheomelanin and neuromelanin. This work also characterizes the bacterial type of melanin, including its utilization and protective synthetic effect. The main part of the bachelor thesis focuses on the importance of melanin in various parts of the human body - in the skin, hair, eye or brain. There are also described defects of the melanin pigmentation - hypopigmentation and hyperpigmentation. |
