Tato diplomová práce se zabývá aplikací síťujících prostředků nemačkavé úpravy bavlněné tkaniny. Literární rešerše zahrnuje charakteristiku bavlněného vlákna a shrnuje finální úpravy bavlněných textilií se zaměřením na nemačkavé a nežehlivé úpravy.
Experimentální část se zabývá kombinací dvou typů pryskyřic používaných u nemačkavé úpravy suchým zesítěním aplikovaných na bílou zjasněnou bavlněnou tkaninu. Je sledován vliv různých kombinací těchto dvou pryskyřic na vlastnosti bavlněné tkaniny, konkrétně na úhel zotavení, pevnost, odolnost vůči oděru a běl.
V závěru jsou shrnuty vlivy těchto pryskyřic na výsledné vlastnosti bavlněné tkaniny. Byly vybrány nejvhodnější kombinace těchto dvou pryskyřic. |

This diploma thesis deals with the application of crosslinking agents for non-creasing treatment of cotton fabric. The literature research includes the characteristics of cotton fiber and summarizes finishing of cotton fabrics with a focus on easy care and non iron treatment.
The experimental part deals with the combination of two types of resins for non-creasing treatment by dry crosslinking applied to a white brightened cotton fabric. The influence of different combinations of these two resins on the properties of the cotton fabric, namely on the crease recovery angle, strength, abrasion resistance and whiteness, is studied.
In the conclusion the effects of these resins on the resulting properities of cotton fabric are summarized. The most suitable combinations of these two resins were selected. |
