Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky komunikace s pacienty se smyslovou bariérou. Teoretická část práce popisuje jedny z nejčastějších zrakových a sluchových onemocnění způsobující sluchový či zrakový deficit, jsou zmíněny typické kompenzační pomůcky pacientů se smyslovým deficitem a specifika komunikace ošetřovatelského personálu s pacienty se zrakovým či sluchovým postižením. Podstatou praktické části práce je vyhodnocení průzkumného šetření, které probíhalo pomocí dotazníků v nemocnici krajského typu, bylo zaměřeno na znalosti sester ohledně specifik komunikace s pacienty se smyslovou bariérou. Ze zpracovaných výsledků vyplývá, že nejlepších výsledků dosáhli respondenti s Mgr. vzděláním, ačkoliv jejich průměrná úspěšnost nebyla výrazně vyšší od respondentů s Bc/DiS., či se středoškolským vzděláním. |

This bachelor thesis deals with the specifics of communication with patients with sensory barriers. The theoretical part of the thesis describes some of the most common visual and auditory diseases causing hearing or visual deficit, the typical compensatory aids for patients with sensory deficits and the specifics of communication of nursing staff with patients with visual or hearing impairment are mentioned. The essence of the practical part of the work is the evaluation of the exploratory survey, which took place using questionnaires in a regional hospital, focused on the knowledge of nurses about the specifics of communication with patients with sensory barriers. The processed results show that the best results were achieved by respondents with master's degree, although their average success rate was not significantly higher than respondents with bachelor degree, associate degree, or with high school education. |
