dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá životem pacientů s onemocněním roztroušená skleróza mozkomíšní. Práce je diferencována na teoretickou a praktickou část. Cílem teoretické části je poukázat na problematiku roztroušené sklerózy a zachytit základní aspekty pacientova života s touto diagnózou. Úvod teoretické části je zaměřen na základní principy nervové soustavy. Dále je zde poukázáno na různé formy RS. Pozornost je také věnována klinickým projevům onemocnění a popisu terapie. Dále jsou zde zachyceny různé aspekty pacientova života, především péče o psychickou a fyzickou kondici pacienta. V závěru teoretické práce je popsáno několik center pro léčbu RS. Průzkumná část se zaobírá výsledky strukturovaných rozhovorů, které byly prováděny v MS Centru nemocnice krajského typu. K této formě rozhovoru bylo přistoupeno z důvodu získání konkrétních informací, zaznamenání autentických odpovědí, ale i osobního prožitku s cílem předejít nepochopení otázky nebo problému s utříbením myšlenek respondentů. Rozhovor byl diferencován na šest okruhů, tykajících se života s RS. Pro větší přehlednost jsou odpovědi respondentů zpracovány za pomocí programu SmartArt do grafické formy myšlenkových map. Jako největší omezení osobního života respondenti vnímají nutnost pravidelného denního režimu. Ovlivnění na úrovni profesního života se projevuje především nastoupením invalidního důchodu nebo zkrácením pracovního úvazku respondentů. Sociální kontakty pacienta s RS jsou poznamenané značnou neinformovaností společnosti o RS, což mnohdy významně narušuje mezilidské vztahy. Z průzkumu vyplývá, že RS pacientům vzala především sociální kontakty a určité životní návyky, ovšem dala jim životní nadhled. Psychický stav pacienta s RS může být poznamenán obranným mechanismem popírání nemoci či situacemi spojenými s přijetím pacientovy rodiny. Situace související se sebeobsluhou, jsou pro pacienta fyzicky nejnáročnější. V období diagnostiky onemocnění se ukázal jako významný rizikový faktor vzniku RS stres.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the life of a patient with multiple sclerosis. The work is differentiated into theoretical and practical part. The aim of the theoretical part is to point out the issue of multiple sclerosis and capture the basic aspects of the patient's life with this diagnosis. The introduction to the theoretical part is focused on the basic principles of the nervous system. Furthermore, various forms of MS are pointed out here. Attention is also paid to the clinical manifestations of the disease and the description of therapy. Furthermore, various aspects of the patient's life are captured here, especially the care of the patient's mental and physical condition. At the end of the theoretical work, several centers for the treatment of MS are described. The exploratory part deals with the results of structured interviews that were conducted in the MS Center of a regional hospital. This form of interview was approached in order to obtain specific information, record authentic answers, but also a personal experience in order to avoid misunderstanding the question or the problem of refining the respondents' thoughts. The interview was differentiated into six areas related to life with MS. For greater clarity, respondents' answers are processed using the SmartArt program into a graphical form of mind maps. Respondents perceive the need for a regular daily routine as the biggest limitation of personal life. The influence on the level of professional life is manifested primarily by the start of a disability pension or the shortening of the respondents' working hours. The social contacts of a patient with MS are marked by considerable ignorance of society about MS, which often significantly disrupts interpersonal relationships. The survey shows that MS took away social contacts and certain life habits from patients but gave them an overview of life. The mental state of a patient with MS may be marked by a defense mechanism of denial of the disease or situations associated with the adoption of the patient's family. Situations related to self-service are the most physically demanding for the patient. In the period of disease diagnosis, stress proved to be a significant risk factor for MS.	eng
