Diplomová práce se zabývá posuzováním bolesti u seniorů hospitalizovaných na oddělení následné péče, dále jen ONP. Cílem práce je zjistit psychometrické charakteristiky tří vybraných škál bolesti (Numerická škála bolesti - Numeric Rating Scale - NRS; Revidovaná škála obličejů - Faces Pain Scale - Revised - FPS-R a revidovaná Iowská stupnice bolesti - Iowa Pain Thermometer IPT-R), zda lze škály pokládat za validní a spolehlivé. Dílčím cílem je zjistit, kterou ze škál respondenti pacienti nejvíce preferují. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a průzkumnou část. V teoretické části je popsána problematika stáří, bolesti spojené se stárnutím, role sestry při ošetřování pacienta s bolestivými stavy, a je prezentován přehled dosavadního výzkumu na toto téma. |

The diploma thesis deals with the assessment of pain in seniors hospitalized in the aftercare department. The aim of the work is to determine the of three selected pain scales, (Numeric Rating Scale - NRS; Faces Pain Scale Revised - FPS-R and Iowa Pain Thermometer Revised - IPT-R), whether the scales can be considered valid and reliable. The partial goal is to find out which of the scales respondents patients prefer the most. The work is divided into theoretical and exploratory part. The theoretical part describes the issues of old age, pain associated with aging, the role of the nurse in the treatment of patients with painful conditions, and presents an overview of previous research on this topic. |
