Tato bakalářská práce je prací teoretickou a pojednává o problematice zajištění dýchacích cest endotracheální kanylou a supraglotickými pomůckami u mimo-nemocniční zástavy oběhu. Vychází z rešerší dostupných publikací napsaných v anglickém jazyce. První část bakalářské práce se zabývá anatomickou strukturou dýchacích cest, zástavou oběhu a zajištěním dýchacích cest. Dále popisuje kompetence zdravotnického záchranáře a jednotlivé pomůcky pro zajištění dýchacích cest. Druhá část bakalářské práce obsahuje rešerše publikací, zaměřujících se na porovnání efektu supraglotických pomůcek oproti endotracheální intubaci při zástavě oběhu. |

This bachelor thesis is a theoretical thesis and it deals with the issue of securing the respiratory tract by endotracheal cannula and supraglittic devices in pre-hospital cardiac arrest. It is based on a search of available publications that are written in english. The first part of the thesis deals with the anatomical structure of the respiratory tract, arrest of circulation and securing of the respiratory tract. It also contains the competencies of a paramedic and describes individual aids for securing the respiratory tract. The second part of the thesis contains a research of publications that are focused on the effect of supraglottic airway management against endotracheal intubation during cardiopulmonary resuscitation. |
