dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce popisuje zánik erytrocytů eryptózou, ale i jiné způsoby zániku červených krvinek. V úvodní části jsou stručně popsány obecné vlastnosti erytrocytů, stavba jejich buněčné membrány a vznik erytrocytů (= erytropoéza). V druhé kapitole je popsána stavba a funkce retikuloendotelové soustavy, která je pro zánik erytrocytů nezbytná. Další kapitola popisuje různé způsoby zániku erytrocytů, mezi které patří odstraňování senescentních erytrocytů pomocí makrofágů (= erytrofagocytóza), nekróza a apoptóza, a programovaná buněčná smrt erytrocytů, zvaná eryptóza. Eryptóza zaujímá největší část bakalářské práce. V první části této podkapitoly je podrobně vysvětlen mechanismus eryptózy a v tabulkách jsou popsány stimulátory a inhibitory tohoto procesu. Ve druhé části je uveden její fyziologický a patologický význam, protože porucha regulace této formy buněčné smrti vyvolává mnohá onemocnění.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis describes the erythrocyte´s death, eryptosis, but also other types of the red blood cells. In the introductory part of this thesis are described briefly the general properties of erythrocytes, the construction of their cell membrane and the formation of erythrocytes (i.e. erythropoiesis). The second chapter describes the structure and function of the reticuloendothelial system which is essential for cell death. Next chapter describes various ways of erythrocyte´s death, including the removal of senescent erythrocytes by macrophages (i.e. erythrophagocytosis), necrosis and apoptosis, and programmed death of erythrocytes, called eryptosis. The largest part of the bachelor thesis has been focused on the description of eryptosis. In the first part of the subchapter, the mechanism of eryptosis is explained in detail and stimulators and inhibitors of this process are described in the tables. The second part presents its physiological and pathological significance because the failure of the eryptosis regulation can cause a number of diseases.	eng
