dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá onemocněním diabetes mellitus, snahou bylo tuto problematiku objasnit v historických souvislostech, poukázat a rozebrat oblast typologie tohoto onemocnění se zaměřením na příčiny vzniku jednotlivých typů tohoto onemocnění, jejich diagnostiku, patogenezi a komplikace, se kterými se v průběhu onemocnění můžeme setkat. Dále se zabývá souvislostmi mezi diabetem mellitem a imunitním systémem v období těhotenství. V hlavní části bakalářské práce je řešena problematika péče o diabetické ženy, kde je poukázáno na důležitost sebekontroly a kontroly zdravotníky při minimálním riziku pro matku i plod, s cílem narození zdravého miminka.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with the disease of diabetes mellitus. The aim was to clarify the issue in a historical context, to point out and break down the area of typology of this dinase, with a focus on the causes of the different types of this disease, its diagnosis, pathogenesis and complications in the course of the dinase we can meet. It also deals with the relationship between diabetes mellitus and immune system in the period of pregnancy. In the main part of the Bachelor thesis is dealt with the issue of care for diabetic women, where it is pointed out to the importance of self-monitoring and checks of medical professionals with minimum risk for the mother and the fetus, with a view to the birth of healthy baby.	eng
