Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na psychosociální aspekty u pacientů s CHOPN, kteří jsou hospitalizováni na oddělení následné intenzivní péče. V teoretické části jsou shrnuta podstatná teoretická témata související s tímto onemocněním a hospitalizací na NIP. Dále se práce zabývá problematikou psychosociálních aspektů u hospitalizovaných pacientů. Výzkumná část práce obsahuje kvalitativní výzkum, který je proveden formou rozhovorů s pacienty s onemocněním CHOPN na následné intenzivní péči. Rozhovory jsou analyzovány pomocí Interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy. Byla zjištěna absence a možná i záměrná neochota znát diagnózu vlastního onemocnění CHOPN u většiny respondentů. Byly také zjištěny psychické problémy pacientů spojených s hospitalizací, a to převážně z důvodu nedostatečné nonverbální komunikace při napojení pacientů na UPV. Největší strádání nebylo pacientům způsobeno fyzickým strádáním a dalšími negativními projevy choroby, ale nevhodným přístupem některých členů zdravotnického personálu. Sociální oblast výzkumu se při rozhovorech s respondenty úzce prolínala s oblastí psychologickou. Sociální problémy pacientů spojených s hospitalizací a projevy onemocnění byly zkoumány v souvislosti se sociální izolací, která je zásadně ovlivněna osobní a rodinnou situací pacienta. Z hlediska vlivu onemocnění na každodenní činnosti respondenti kriticky hodnotili především svoji omezenou schopnost v oblasti sebepéče. |

This diploma thesis deals with the psychosocial aspects in patients with COPD who are admitted at the department of the following intensive care. In the theoretical part important theoretical themes relating to this disease and admitting to hospital are summarized. Moreover, this thesis is focused on the problematical psychosocial aspects in the admitted patients. The researching part of this work contains the qualitative research which was made by the form of interviews with the patients with COPD disease at the following intensive care. These interviews were analysed with help of Interpretative fenomenological analysis. An absence was found and maybe the purposed unwillingness to get to know the diagnose of the own COPD disease at most of the respondents. There were also found out some mental problems in the patients connected with the admitting to hospital and it was mainly from the reason of insufficient non-verbal communication in the mechanical ventilation patient´s connection. The biggest misery was not the mental misery and other negative symptoms of the disease but with the wrong access of some members of the medical staff. The social part of the research was tightly linked with the area of psychology. The social problems of the patients connected with the admitting and symptoms of the disease were researched in connection with a social isolation in daily activities where the respondents were critically evaluating, mostly their limited ability in the area of sel-care. |
