V rámci příspěvku je na základě vsi Stružinec rekonstruován majetkový transfer v protoindustriální oblasti severovýchodních Čech. Základem studia se stala rozsáhlá databáze evidující všechny životní milníky obyvatel zkoumané vsi, která vznikla na základě rekonstrukce rodin vytvořené z církevních matrik farnosti Lomnice nad Popelkou a pozemkových knih stejnojmenného panství. Součástí výzkumu byla otázka kdy a za jakých podmínek předával odstupující hospodář svoji usedlost či stavení. Studován byl rovněž vliv změny dědického práva v roce 1787. |

Within the framework of the present study, using the example of Stružinec, we reconstructed the property transfer. The basic research required an extensive database of inhabitants of Stružinec compiled by reconstituting families based on Parish Register of Lomnice nad Popelkou and Land Registers of the same manor. The most important part of the property transfer research was connected to the question when and under what conditions the retiring farmer or householder transferred their farm or house. |
