dc.description.abstract	Alzheimerova choroba je jednou z nejzávaznějších chorob postihujících kognitivní funkce seniorů. O jejich příznacích dnes již víme mnoho. Stále se nám však nedaří zcela zjistit její příčínu a také způsob léčby, který by ji dokázal vyléčit. Medicínské obory však v těchto směrech postupují stále kupředu. Jakoby upozaděn však zůstává sociální rozměr tohoto onemocnění a zejména jeho rodinný kontext. Jak rodinní příslušníci, osoby s Alzheimerovou chorobou, prožívají změněné chování nemocného? Jaké důvody vedly rodinné příslušníky k umístění blízkého do zařízení rezidenční péče? Jaké byly pocity rodinných příslušníků po umístění blízkého do zařízení rezidenční péče? Právě to jsou výzkumné otázky, na které jsme pokoušeli odpovědět prostřednictvím analýzy polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Výsledkem pak je retrospektivní případová studie rodiny, která byla nucena umístit svého příbuzného do domova se zvláštním režimem. V rámci případové studie komparujeme emoční prožívání příbuzných seniora a snažíme se poukázat na rozdíly a shody v emočním vnímání této situace u jednotlivých členů rodiny.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	Alzheimer´s disease is one of the gravest cost of diseases affecting cognitive function of the elderly. We already know many about their symptoms today. However, we are still not able to determine its cause, also the methods of treatment, which could cure this disease. In these directions, medical fields are still moving forward. In the background remains the social dimension of this disease and particularly its family context. As family members with the persons with Alzheimer's disease, do they experience the changed behavior of the sick person? How do the experiencing among each member of the family differ or agree? What reasons do the family members lead to locate their close into facilities of residential care? What were the family members´ feelings after a location of their close relatives to a facility of residential care? These are the research questions that we attempted to answer through the analysis of semi-structured interviews. The result then is a retrospective case study of the family forcing to place its relative into a home with special regime. In the context of case study, we compare emotional experience of the relatives of the elderly person and we try to point out the differences and conformity in the emotional perception of this situation among family members.	eng
