dc.description.abstract	Příspěvek se zabývá problematikou udržitelného růstu v oblasti energetiky. Jeho cílem je posoudit naplňování cílů EU v této oblasti a ověřit platnost hypotézy o negativním důsledku zvyšování podílu obnovitelných zdrojů energie pro energetickou produktivitu. Pozornost je soustředěna na hrubou domácí spotřebu energie, energetickou náročnost, energetickou produktivitu a podíl obnovitelných zdrojů energie. Hodnocení zemí EU-28 v období let 2010-2016 je provedeno na základě indexů růstu, disperze, variačního koeficientu a analýzy citlivosti. Ukazuje se, že disperze samotné spotřeby energie není v EU-28 vysoká, avšak u relativních ukazatelů (energetická náročnost, energetická produktivita) je cca dvojnásobně vyšší. Až na výjimku Řecka došlo k pozitivním změnám ve vývoji energetické produktivity členských zemí. Analýza citlivosti za EU-28 jako celek prokázala negativní důsledky zvyšování podílu obnovitelných zdrojů energie pro vývoj energetické produktivity, ale při zkoumání jednotlivých zemí nejsou závěry tak jednoznačné.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The paper deals with issues of sustainable growth in the field of energy. Its aim is to assess the achievement of the EU's objectives in this area and to verify the validity of the hypothesis on the negative impact of increasing the share of renewable energy sources on energy productivity. The focus is on gross inland consumption of energy, energy intensity, energy productivity and share of renewable energy sources. The EU-28 assessment for the 2010-2016 period is based on growth, dispersion, coefficient of variation, and sensitivity analysis. It turns out that the dispersion of energy consumption itself is not high in the EU-28, but it is about twice as high for the relative indicators (energy intensity, energy productivity). Except for Greece, there has been positive changes in the energy productivity in the EU member states. The sensitivity analysis for the EU-28 as a whole has shown the negative consequences of increasing the share of renewable energy sources for the development of energy productivity, but the conclusion is ambiguous when examining individual countries.	eng
