Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je návrh a implementace informačního systému pro zkušební laboratoř COV FD. Na začátku práce je popsána problematika elektronických dokument management systémů a realizováno srovnání vybraných existujících řešení. Zároveň jsou zde uvedeny legislativní požadavky na správu dokumentů vyplývající z norem a zákonů jako je GDPR. Následuje představení laboratoře COV FD a popis stávajícího stavu vedení dokumentů. Další kapitoly práce se pak již zabývají samotným návrhem a implementací. V závěru práce je uveden uživatelský manuál k vytvořené aplikaci. |

The main aim of this thesis is the design and implementation of information system for Certification Body COV FD. At the beginning of the thesis is described the issues of electronic documents management systems and comparison of selected existing solutions. At the same time, there are the legislative requirements for document management resulting from standards and laws such as the GDPR. The following is a presentation of the COV FD Laboratory and a description of the current state of their document management. The next chapters of the thesis deal with the design and implementation itself. At the end of the thesis is a user manual for the created application. |

Cílem práce bylo navrhnout a vytvořit informační systém pro zkušební laboratoř, který by umožňoval evidenci zakázek a správu dokumentů příslušné zakázky. Informační systém byl vytvořen na žádost certifikačního orgánu pro výrobky při Fakultě dopravní ČVUT v Praze. Pro implementaci zvlolil diplomant platformu .NET, jazyk C# a navazující platformy WPF & XAML. Cíl diplomové práce byl splněn. Práce byla zkontrolována v systému STAG a nebyla vyhodnocena jako plagiát. |
