Tato práce je věnována proteinům, které jsou součástí sarkomery. Zabývá se popisem
struktury a funkce známých bílkovin podílející se na kontrakci svalů jako je aktin a myozin,
ale také dalším, například fixačním proteinům tvořícím sarkomeru. V práci se také nacházejí
informace o svalových enzymech nebo mechanismu kontrakce kosterního svalstva. |

The bachelor thesis fosuces on the description of proteins located in the sarcomere. It
deals the basic description of the structure and the function of the known proteins involved in
the proces of striated muscle contraction such as actin and myosin, but also focuses on the
otherproteins, for instance fixating proteins which create the sarcome. In addition, the thesis
concentrates on muscle enzymes as well as the mechanism of muscle contraction. |
