Bakalářská práce se zabývá praktickým využitím vybraných technik bazální stimulace u seniorů s poruchou příjmu potravy a tekutin, přijatých na standardní interní oddělení. Teoretická část práce popisuje koncept bazální stimulace se zaměřením na metody orální, somatické orofaciální stimulace a bodové orofaciální stimulace "dle C. Moralese". Věkově vymezuje geriatrického pacienta. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na účinek techniky orální, somatické orofaciální a bodové orofaciální stimulace "dle C. Moralese" a jejich přínos pro tyto pacienty. Praktickým výstupem je vytvoření potřebné dokumentace pro vedení těchto technik stimulace a vytvoření edukačního materiálu určeného pečujícím osobám o tyto pacienty, převážně rodinným příslušníkům. Práce se zabývá i reálnou využitelností metod orální stimulace a somatické orofaciální stimulace v běžném provozu daného standardního oddělení. |

The present bachelor's thesis deals with the practical use of selected basal stimulation techniques in older adults with eating and drinking disorder admitted to the standard department of internal medicine. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the concept of basal stimulation focusing on the Castillo Morales methods of oral, somatic orofacial stimulation and orofacial focal point stimulation, and defines the age of geriatric patients. The research part focuses on the effect of the Castillo Morales technique of oral, somatic orofacial and orofacial focal point stimulation, and their benefits for these patients. The practical output is the development of required documentation for conducting these stimulation techniques and the development of the training material designed for carers for these patients, family members for the most part. The thesis also deals with real-life feasibility of oral stimulation and somatic orofacial stimulation methods in normal operation of the standard department. |
