| dc.description.abstract |
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na uzavírky pozemních komunikací na území města Plzně. V práci jsou řešeny především uzavírky pozemních komunikací související se stavební činností. Úvod práce je proto věnován uzavírkám pozemních komunikací, využívanému dopravnímu značení a právním předpisům a technickým podmínkám, které upravují uzavírky komunikací. Analýza samotná se zabývá vybraným úsekem pozemní komunikace, zhodnocením jejího stavu a linkovým vedením městské hromadné dopravy v tomto úseku. V návrhové části práce jsou uvedeny návrhy, které se zabývají tvorbou dopravně inženýrského opatření za účelem provedení částečné uzavírky vybrané pozemní komunikace a změnami v organizaci linek městské hromadné dopravy při uzavírce. Dále jsou to návrhy upravující pracovní směny řidičů a umístění dočasné zastávky. |

The diploma thesis is focused on road closures in the town of Pilsen. In the thesis are primarily discussed road closures in relation with construction works. The introduction of the thesis is therefore dedicated to road closures, common used traffic signs and the legal regulation and technical conditions related to road closures. The analysis itself is focused on the selected section of the road, the evaluation of its condition and the urban public transport routes in this section of the road. In the proposal part are dealt the proposals which are focused on the temporary traffic management plan of the selected road and the organization of the urban public transport routes during the road closure. The further proposals are aimed at drivers' working schedules and the relocation of the public transport stop. |
