dc.description.abstract	Příspěvek se zabývá tématem bazální stimulace a jejím využitím u pacienta s dětskou mozkovou obrnou. Koncept bazální stimulace vychází z aktuálních ošetřovatelských trendů. Pracuje s lidským vnímáním a pomáhá zkvalitňovat ošetřovatelskou péči. Koncept se využívá při péči u pacientů dezorientovaných a zmatených, se změnou vědomí a též u pacientů s nervovými a svalovými poruchami, mezi něž se řadí i dětská mozková obrna. Jejími hlavními projevy jsou poruchy hybnosti a mentální retardace různého stupně. Dětská mozková obrna provází pacienty a jejich rodiny po celý jejich život. Toto onemocnění není smrtelné, ale velmi ovlivňuje kvalitu života pacienta a jeho blízkých. Příspěvek popisuje kazuistiku dvaadvacetiletého muže s dětskou mozkovou obrnou, u kterého byly aplikovány techniky bazální stimulace při pobytu v rehabilitačním zařízení.	cze

dc.description.abstract-translated	The paper deals with the issue of basal stimulation and its effects on pacient with cerebral palsy. The koncept of basal stimulation is based on current nursing trends. The concept works with the human perception and it helps to improve nursing care. The concept is used in the care of disorientated and confused pacients, pacients with the change of consciousness, also in patients with nerve and muscule disorders, which include even cerebral palsy, its main manifestations are movement disorders and mental retardation of varying degrees. Cerebral palsy accompanies patients and their families throughout their lives. This disease is not fatal, but very affects the quality of life of the patient and his family. The paper describes a case study of twenty-two man with cerebral palsy with which they were applied techniques of basal stimulation during a stay in a rehabilitation facility.	eng
