Tématem bakalářské práce jsou inhibitory angiogeneze v terapii nádorových onemocnění. První část práce se zaměřuje na pojem angiogeneze a nádorová angiogeneze. Podává přehled o angiogenních a antiangiogenních faktorech a o mechanismech nádorové angiogeneze. Druhá část práce se zabývá rozdělením, charakteristikou, mechanismem působení a využitím inhibitorů angiogeneze v protinádorové terapii. Jsou zde také detailně popsány tři nádorová onemocnění (renální karcinom, kolorektální karcinom, glioblastom), u kterých jsou léčebnou možností právě inhibitory angiogeneze. V poslední části je pak zhodnocen terapeutický potenciál těchto inhibitorů u nádorových onemocnění. |

The topic of the bachelor thesis is angiogenesis inhibitors in cancer treatment. The first part of the thesis focuses on the concept of angiogenesis and tumor angiogenesis. It provides an overview of angiogenic and antiangiogenic factors and mechanisms of tumor angiogenesis. The second part of the thesis deals with the classification, characterization, mechanism of action and utilization of inhibitors of angiogenesis in antitumor therapy. Three tumor diseases (renal carcinoma, colorectal carcinoma, glioblastoma) are described in detail in which the angiogenesis inhibitors are the treatment option. The last part evaluates the therapeutic potential of these inhibitors in tumor diseases. |
