V bakalářské práci se věnuje pozornost distribučnímu systému drobných a kusových zásilek společnosti ZDAR a.s., je vymezen včetně teoretického základu týkající se daného tématu. Po vypracování analýzy současného distribučního systému jsou vyhotoveny návrhy na zlepšení distribuce zásilek, které jsou následně vyhodnoceny. |
