Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou výskytu mikroorganismů v chronických ranách. Teoretická část je zaměřena na teorii ran, jejich rozdělení a také léčbu včetně materiálů používaných k hojení. Součástí je také popis nejčastěji izolovaných bakteriálních kmenů. Cílem experimentu byla identifikace aerobních i anaerobních mikroorganismů v chronických ranách. Následně byla testována citlivost anaerobních mikroorganismů na antibiotika pomocí diskové difúzní metody a výsledky byly porovnány s jinými studiemi. |

This thesis deals with the occurrence of microorganisms in chronic wounds. The theoretical part focuses on the theory of wounds, their distribution and treatment, including materials used for healing. Also included is a description of the most commonly isolated bacterial strains. The aim of the experiment was the identification of aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms in chronic wounds. It was subsequently tested for sensitivity to antibiotics anaerobic microorganisms by disc diffusion method and the results were compared with other studies. |
