Jedním z prostředků zkvalitnění železniční nákladní přepravy je zkrátit a garantovat
dobu dodání zboží. V oblasti návrhu plánu vlakotvorby je možné např. určit skupinu nákladních vlaků, které budou dodržovat jízdní řád a minimalizovat přechody vozů mezi
těmito vlaky. K tomuto účelu byl vyvinut program PEPŘ - Expertní systém pevného
přechodu vozů na síti Českých drah, který ve své první verzi umožňuje automaticky vybrat
zadaný počet odlivů z vybraných relací, které budou dodržovat jízdní řád tak, aby se
minimalizovala doba přechodu vozů mezi vybranými odlivy v celosíťovém pojetí. Časové
polohy tras vlaků a plán vlakotvorby zůstává v této verzi neměnný. Program PEPŘ byl
vyvinut v prostředí Borland C++ a je spustitelný v MS Windows verze 3.1 a vyšší. Jeho
vývoj nadále pokračuje. |

One of the means of increasing the quality of service provided by railway goods
transport there is shortening of delivery time and guarantee of delivery terms. In the area of
forming plan of goods trains there is for example possible to appoint a group of goods trains
keeping their timetable and minimizing the passing wagons between them. For this reason
a programme PEPŘ was developed. It is an expert system of fixed passing the wagons in
the Czech Railway Network. This system allows in the first phase automatically choose the
determined number of outflows from a set of chosen relations, keeping the time table so
that the time of passage between the chosen outflows in the whole network context is
minimized. The time positions of trains and forming plan of goods trains remain in this
version unchangeable. The programme PEPŘ was developed in the frame of Borland C++
and can be run under MS Windows version 3.1 or upper ones. The programme is
continuously developing. |

und die Garantie der Warenlieferungsfrist. lm Vorschlag des Zugbildungsplans z. B.
Güterzügegruppen mit festplanmässiger Fahrzeit und Zugübergangsminimalisierung
können bestimmt werden. Zu diesem Zwecke war das Programm PEPŘ = Expertsystem
des Stabilwagenübergangs auf dem Eisenbahnnetze der ČD entwickelt. Dieses Programm
in seiner ersten Version errnöqlicht automatisch bestimmte ausgewählte Ablastrelationen
mit festplanmässiger Fahrzeit und minimal Zugübergangszeit. Diese Applikation auf das
ganze Eisenbahnnetz ist möglich. Der Zugbilddungsplan und die Zeitzugpositionen bleiben
ohne Änderungen. Oas Programm PEPŘ wurde in Borland C++ Milieu entwickelt und ist in
MS Windows Version 3.1 und höher brauchbar. Seine Entwicklung wird fortgesetzt. |
