Tento příspěvek se zabývá problematikou silového působení vozidla na kolej a možností zohlednění poškozujících účinků jízdy vozidla na infrastrukturu ve výši poplatků za použití dopravní cesty. V první části jsou charakterizována různá technická řešení, která se dnes uplatňují v konstrukci pojezdů železničních vozidel (zejména z hlediska průjezdnosti obloukem, stability a nevypružených hmot) a tato řešení jsou konfrontována s dnes dostupnou úrovní techniky, která však není pro své vyšší pořizovací náklady běžně používána. Dále jsou shrnuty poškozující účinky, které jízda vozidla na infrastruktuře vyvolává, a na trojici zahraničních systémů výpočtu výše poplatků za použití dopravní cesty je názorně ukázáno, jak je reálně možné skutečné účinky vozidel na infrastrukturu ekonomicky zohlednit. |

The paper concerns the vehicle action effects on the railway track and possibilities of reflecting the destructive effects of the vehicle run on the infrastructure in the height of the railway infrastructure charges. The first part characterises various designs applied at present in the railway vehicle running gears construction (especially from the stand-point of curve negotiation, stability and unsprung mass). These designs are compared with a present state-of-art available technology, due to higher initial costs rarely used. Further the destructive effects of the vehicle run on the infrastructure are summarized. Three outlandish systems of infrastructure charge calculation show how it is possible to take in account economically the real vehicle action effects. |
