Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zmapování procesů dotační politiky ve vybraném regionu. V úvodních částech je uvedena definice dotační politiky v rámci linie Evropské unie a České republiky a popsána problematika monitorovacích systémů pro zpracování žádostí o dotace. Součástí práce je popis řešení zpracování dotací vybranou společností - DEA Energetická agentura s. r. o. Hlavním cílem této práce je blíže popsat vybrané procesy a na základně toho stanovit hodnotící kritérií, která vedou k úspěšnému schválení a čerpání dotací. |

This dissertation is focused on mapping processes of subsidy policy in the selected region. The introductory section provides definition of subsidy policy within the lines of the European Union and the Czech Republic, and describes the issue of monitoring systems for processing grant applications. This dissertation includes description of a subsidies processing solution implemented by a selected company - DEA Energy Agency Ltd. The main objective of this work is to describe the selected processes in more detail and on this basis to determine evaluation criteria which lead to the successful grants approval and drawing. |
