Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Cílem teoretické části je poskytnout ucelený pohled na danou problematiku. Zabývá se výživou ve stáří, hodnocením nutričního stavu seniorů, poruchami výživy ve stáří a nutriční podporou. Výzkumná část je zaměřena především na nutriční stav hospitalizovaných geriatrických pacientů a na jejich spokojenost s nemocničním stravováním. Výzkumný vzorek se skládá z 50 respondentů, kteří byli vybráni na základě předem stanovených kritérií. Data byla od respondentů sbírána formou dotazníku a výsledky jsou interpretovány pomocí tabulek a grafů. V diskuzi jsou porovnány výsledky této práce s jinými závěrečnými pracemi na obdobné téma. Výzkumným šetřením byla zjištěna převládající spokojenost respondentů s nemocničním stravováním a současně zhoršený stav nutrice u téměř poloviny respondentů. |

This bachalor thesis is divided into theoretical and research part. The objective of theoretical part is to provide a comprehensive view on the issue. It deals with nutrition in the elderly, evaluating the nutritional status of the elderly, nutrition disorders in old age and nutritional support. The research part is focused on the nutritional status of hospitalized geriatric patients and their satisfaction with hospital catering. The research sample consists of 50 respondents, who were selected on the basis of predetermined criteria. Data were collected from respondents using a questionnaire and the results are interpreted using tables and graphs. The discussion compares the results of this thesis with other thesis on a similar subject. Research survey was found prevalent respondents satisfied with the hospital board and a simultaneous deterioration in the nutritional status of almost half of the respondents. |
