Tato práce je v první části věnována obecnému popisu pesticidů, jejich rozdělení a výskytu v potravinách. Obsahuje také popis jednotlivých metod, které se v dnešní době nejvíce používají ke zjištění kvality a kvantity pesticidů v potravinách. Další část práce je zaměřena na experimentální stanovení vybraných pesticidů v čajích a porovnání jejich obsahu při použití vody a metanolu jako extrakčního činidla. Z obou typů extraktů byly pesticidy izolovány technikou QuEChERS a analyzovány s využitím kapalinové chromatografie se spektrofotometrickou detekcí. |

The first part of this thesis deals with general description of pesticides, their distribution and occurrence in foodstuffs. It also contains a description of methods that are nowadays mostly used to determine the quality and quantity of pesticides in foodstuffs. Next part of the thesis is focused on experimental determination of selected pesticides in teas and comparison of their amount when water and methanol were used as extraction agents. The isolation of pesticides from that extracts was performed by using QuEChERS technique and analyzed using liquid chromatography with spectrophotometric detection. |
