Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku výživy žen v různých stádiích těhotenství. Snaží se seznámit budoucí matky se základními složkami výživy, které v těhotenství ovlivňují nejenom ji, ale i vývoj plodu. Ke konci práce jsou diskutovány zdravotní rizika, která mohou plynout z konzumace potravin obsahující toxicky působící složky, jako jsou například alkohol, nikotin a kofein. |

This thesis is focused on the issue of the nutrition for women during various stages of their pregnancies. It tries to introduce the basic components of the nutrition to expectant mothers, which affect not only them alone but also the development of a fetus. In the final part of this work, health risks connected with the consumption of foodstuffs containing substances with toxic effects such as alcohol, nicotine and caffeine, are discussed. |
